Return Policy THE TRAIN CELLAR2120 HWY 35 OAKHURST N.J. 07755 732-493-3400 RETURNS: When we made the mistake, you ordered an item and we sent you the wrong one or an item is broken, returns will be made at our expense. If you decide you don't like an item or don't need it, you'll have to pay return shipping. You'll only be refunded the amount you paid for the merchandise minus a 20% restocking fee, the item must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date and must be in new condition. There will be no restocking fee if you exchange for other items of equal or greater value. When returning an item please make sure you include name, phone number, and if purchased with a credit card the number and expiration date. |
